By enrolling in a licensing plan or entering into a brand affiliation agreement with Japanese Cherry Blossom Home Decor®, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Termination of Use:

Upon cancellation, expiration, or non-renewal of your license or partnership agreement, you must immediately and permanently cease all use of the trademark Japanese Cherry Blossom Home Decor® and any related logos, seals, or brand materials in connection with your business.

 

2. Removal Requirements:

You agree to promptly remove all references to the trademark from:

 

• Product listings (e.g., Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)

• Packaging, inserts, marketing, or branded materials

• Social media accounts, websites, bios, and digital content

 

 

3. Enforcement:

Failure to remove the trademark or continued unauthorized use after cancellation constitutes trademark infringement and may result in takedown requests, legal action, or other remedies available under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. §1125).

 

4. No Refunds for Cancellation:

Cancellation does not entitle the licensee to a refund for any unused time remaining on the current billing cycle. Access to trademark use and partner benefits will end immediately upon cancellation.

 

5. Verification of Compliance:

Japanese Cherry Blossom Home Decor® reserves the right to monitor public platforms to verify compliance with these terms after license termination.

6. We reserve the right to deny any applicant the usage of the Japanese Cherry Blossom Home Decor Federal Registered Trademark. 

 

By proceeding with enrollment or continuing your license, you confirm that you understand and agree to these conditions in full.
